Smriti Bank started its operation with a meager capital and a very small deposit. Hope blossomed and with a return on investment from the very first year the bank paid dividends and started core banking services with clean, prompt and transparent managerial services. The un- interrupted services with extended hours of business made a difference in banking services. The innovative idea of collecting even small amount of Rs 10/- from door to door with on line services receipt etc, formed and helped establish faith and trust in its services. The bank on CBS from the day one has been providing RTGS/NEFT, SMS alert and RuPay ATM cum Debit card apart from SMART cards to its customers.The set norms of RBI like AML, KYC, NACH, CTS, membership of CIBIL, own Data centre, DR Server has distinguished the bank from others. The automated loan process LAMS/CAMS has a unique feature which has helped the bank to monitor advances in a better programmed way. The bank has installed 3+1 note sorter machine to implement clean note policy of the RBI.Smriti Bank is paying/ ( Has Paid ) 10% to 21% dividend from the year 2001 to 2015. The bank has been able to become paperless through e-statement and online mailing of information.
